Pricing
All transactions are conducted in New Zealand dollars. Items delivered within New Zealand include GST. Cushions shipped outside New Zealand are sent as cushion covers only because of the freight cost.
Shipping
We deliver throughout New Zealand and the rest of the world.
Delivery
Shipping cost within New Zealand is $8.00 including GST per order.
Australia $12.00 per order
South Pacific $20.00 per order
Asia $20.00 per order
North America, UK and Europe $22.00 per order
Rest of the World $23.00 per order
For delivery within New Zealand we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather).
For delivery overseas you can expect your item/s will usually arrive at their destination within the time frame specified. As New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, they cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs, may take longer.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please advise us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you. If the goods are damaged please keep the packaging in case the courier company wishes to inspect it.
Faulty Goods
Goods returned because of a manufacturer's fault will be replaced in the first instance or refunded if no replacement or suitable exchange is available. If refunded, we will do so in the same way the purchase was paid for.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
If goods are incorrectly supplied we will arrange return of the incorrect goods and supply the correct goods in exchange provided the incorrect goods are received back by us in saleable condition.
Refusing or cancelling orders
All orders are subject to availability of stock. In the unlikely event that the goods ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
